PRIVACY POLICY OF THE EXPERT-BUS.PL STORE
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained from Users in connection with the use of the Online Store by their Administrator.
The administrator of personal data is the Store Owner, i.e. Expert-Bus, based in Kielce (25-563) at ul. Zagnańska 149 A REGON 260724541, NIP 959-195-37-12. The Store Owner processes Users' personal data in accordance with currently applicable law, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

Personal data is all information that identifies (or allows to identify) a natural person, in particular: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, purchase history, payment or credit card data, location data, login and password set by the User, etc.
The Store owner ensures that:
personal data are processed in accordance with currently applicable regulations, including GDPR, in a reliable and transparent manner,
personal data are collected for specific, explicit and legally justified purposes and are processed only to the extent consistent with these purposes,
makes every effort to ensure that the personal data it processes are true, up-to-date and accurate,
personal data are stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed,
personal data are processed in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate organizational, technical and technological measures.
The Store Owner, as the Personal Data Administrator, ensures the security of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Online Store, in particular by appropriately protecting them and securing personal data against access by unauthorized persons.
Providing personal data referred to in section 4 above is voluntary, but failure to provide them may prevent you from using the Online Store and placing orders within it.
The User's consent to the processing of his or her personal data for marketing purposes is not necessary to use the Online Store and place orders within it.
The Online Store Owner may indicate other than those specified in section 4 above, Users' personal data used to perform specific activities when making purchases in the Online Store, provided that they may be processed only with the User's prior consent expressed after being notified by the Online Store Owner about the category of these data, the purpose and scope of their data. processing and about their recipients, unless the law provides otherwise. This consent may be revoked at any time.
Personal data is processed by the Store Owner for the purpose of:
fulfilling an order or taking action at the request of a future Customer before concluding a Sales Agreement - the basis for processing personal data for this purpose is their necessity to exercise rights and obligations related to or arising from the Sales Agreement;
proper handling of the User's account - the basis for processing personal data for this purpose is their necessity to perform the contract for the Customer's account;
conducting direct marketing of own products, including for analytical purposes - the basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of the Store Owner, which is the promotion of the offered products among the Store's customers;
accepting and considering complaints - the basis for processing personal data for this purpose is their necessity to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the Sales Agreement;
presenting advertisements, offers or promotions regarding products offered by the Store Owner intended for all recipients, in particular for the purpose of implementing the Newsletter contract - the basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the User's consent;
pursuing claims and defending against claims, also of third parties - the basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of the Store Owner;
fulfillment of legal obligations arising from regulations, e.g. tax and accounting - the basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the implementation of obligations arising from legal provisions;
The Store Owner processes personal data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. The Store Owner applies the principle of limiting the storage of personal data, which protects the data against processing for an unlimited period. In particular, the Store Owner deletes personal data when:
the limitation period for possible claims will expire (if we processed data to perform the contract),
the deadlines resulting from legal provisions expire (e.g. the Accounting Act),
the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data (if consent was the basis for processing),
the data subject effectively objects to further processing (if the basis for processing was the legitimate interest of Polar Sport as the controller).
In accordance with applicable law, the User whose data is processed is entitled to:
the right to obtain information whether the Store Owner processes the User's personal data,
the right to access personal data and receive a copy thereof, as well as obtain information on the method, purpose and basis of personal data processing, as well as the source of their origin,
the right to rectify (correct) the User's data,
the right to request deletion of data or restriction of processing of User's data,
the right to object to data processing,
If the Store Owner processes the User's data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator, the User has the right to object to the processing of this data - in particular the right to object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing and profiling.
the right to data portability,
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office),
the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,
If the Store Owner processes the User's data based on the granted consent, the User has the right to withdraw the consent for processing these personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The user has the right to modify the personal data they have provided at any time, including by changing their account settings.
The User has the right to withdraw at any time the previously granted consent to the Owner of the Online Store for the processing of their personal data, including by deleting or changing the settings of their account. After the User's personal data is deleted, the Store Owner is not authorized to further process it unless such authorization arises from applicable legal provisions.
The Store Owner is authorized to disclose Users' personal data only to entities that have been authorized to do so under the relevant legal provisions.
In connection with operating the Online Store, the Store Owner possesses Users' IP addresses and information about the start, end, and scope of using the store, recorded in system logs.
Apart from the data specified in section 13 above, the Online Store automatically collects data contained in cookies during the use of the portal itself. By "cookies," we mean data files, specifically text files, stored on Users' end devices intended for use on websites.
Cookies are used by the Store Owner solely for the purpose of operating the Online Store, including recognizing the User's device and displaying the Online Store service tailored to their individual needs, as well as creating anonymous statistics for this service.
Files are not used to collect any personal data about individuals visiting the Online Store.
The user can, in any case, block the installation of cookies, delete permanent cookies, or otherwise change the conditions for storing or receiving cookies by using the appropriate options in their web browser, for example:

with the caveat that disabling cookies in the browser may cause difficulties and even prevent the use of the Online Store.
